The Marketing Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for analytics support and delivery of digital marketing analytics for multiple lines of business (LOBs). This role will elevate digital marketing analytics practice, evaluate marketing channel performance, and drive customer growth at Bright Horizons. This position will partner across the organization to understand stakeholder learning objectives, data availability, and how to answer tough questions and will communicate with leaders in Marketing, Product, IT, and agencies. This role focuses on ensuring robust analytical capabilities and streamlined processes, enabling self-service analytics, and effectively managing intake and prioritization of analytics requests from various internal stakeholders. This role leads a small team and works with remote teams across the US, UK, and India, during EST business hours. This is a remote position available in the United States.
