Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or CRM analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Adobe technology stacks.
  • Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics or related discipline.
  • SQL proficiency with the ability to query, join, and analyze large datasets across enterprise data warehouses and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead measurement and reporting for lifecycle marketing programs, defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, attribution, and audience behavior to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, retention, renewal, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, cohort analysis, propensity modeling, and experimentation, to support personalization and optimization strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance, and UX teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences.
  • Support marketing technology and data initiatives by ensuring reliable reporting, scalable analytics solutions, and alignment across CRM, web, media, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering insights that inform investment decisions, strategic initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and business performance.
