About The Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing marketing strategies to support the growth of our pediatric healthcare services. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of pediatric healthcare industry trends and best practices is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the pediatric healthcare industry
Analyze data from various sources, including customer surveys, sales reports, and website traffic, to identify areas for improvement and growth
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and printers, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Support the development of sales and promotional materials, including presentations and proposals, to support business development efforts
