About The Position

The Marketing Analyst will perform essential duties and responsibilities related to marketing analysis within the casino environment. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. The analyst must be able to communicate effectively with customers and employees, and maintain a professional demeanor. The position also involves adhering to gaming regulations and maintaining a valid gaming license.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, finance, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
Strong Word and Access skills are a plus.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with statistical methodologies and their application.
Self-motivator.
Detail and result oriented.
Excellent math, statistical, and technical financial analytical skills.
Knowledge of Financial/Accounting software, budgeting software, Excel spreadsheets, and Access.
Professional appearance standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to respond to visual and aural cues.
Ability to write routine correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
