About The Position

Fossil Group is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Marketing Analyst to join its Global Marketing team. This role is crucial for transforming data into actionable insights to enhance marketing performance, guide strategic decisions, and promote business growth in global markets. The ideal candidate is curious, adept at handling large datasets, and skilled at linking marketing performance to business results. Experience in analyzing cross-channel marketing data (paid media, social, CRM, e-commerce, sales, consumer behavior, market trends) and communicating findings effectively to marketing and executive stakeholders is essential. This position involves close collaboration with Global Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, and external agency partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing, Business Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting global or multi-market marketing organizations.
  • Experience working with ecommerce or omnichannel retail businesses.
  • Familiarity with media measurement, attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), or incrementality testing.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Experience with consumer research tools (Nielsen, Circana, YouGov, GWI, Mintel, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels including paid media, organic social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and brand marketing.
  • Develop recurring dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through ongoing analysis of marketing KPIs.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations for efficiency and business impact.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing contribution to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to measure marketing effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Support marketing forecasting using historical performance and market trends.
  • Assist in measuring the incremental impact of marketing investments across channels.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and audience insights.
  • Support the development of competitive benchmarking and category analysis.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards for clear performance communication.
  • Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for leadership presentations.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting.
  • Partner with Global Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Commercial, Finance, and agency partners to address key business questions through data.
  • Support marketing planning by identifying opportunities for investment, optimization, and innovation.
  • Collaborate on measurement frameworks for global campaigns.
