Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for improving the lives of children and their families through healthcare services

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for the company
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Manage social media presence and engage with online communities to increase brand visibility
Monitor and track marketing budget and expenses
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights and results to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing and healthcare
