Requirements

  • Robust previous experience in Field Marketing and organizing B2B corporate events in the technology area.
  • Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem routines (or Oracle/similar).
  • Understanding how partner fund management (MDF/DF) works is a gigantic technical differential.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and methodical profile (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for budget control and event indicator analysis).
  • Understanding of the complex sales funnel and conversion metrics. You need to know how to differentiate a visitor from a Qualified Lead to demand results from the sales team.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness to work under strict deadline pressure, with full availability for travel.
  • Supplier and Deadline Management: Conduct quotes, negotiations, and contracting of operational services, acting methodically (via Trello and spreadsheets) to ensure deadlines do not become bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Logistics Management: Lead the structuring, production, and execution of major in-person events and business immersions throughout the year. You will deal directly with suppliers of gifts, assemblers, hotels, venue management, and user experience organization. You will be responsible for rigorously managing investments in events and suppliers, ensuring the best cost-benefit. This includes submitting Business Plans and documenting Proof of Performance impeccably on partner portals.
  • Rigorous Financial Compliance: Analyze invoices, demand correct cost breakdowns from suppliers, and prevent any non-compliance to ensure 100% of foreseen reimbursements and compliance with our administrative/financial team.
  • Alignment with Sales and RevOps: Work in synergy with our Inbound and SDR teams. Your role is to ensure control of participant lists, RSVP, and the perfect handoff of contacts captured at events on D+1, allowing the prospecting team to apply qualification methods (such as BANT, 3Cs, and 8Cs) surgically.
  • Supplier and Deadline Management: Conduct quotes, negotiations, and contracting of operational services, acting methodically (via Trello and spreadsheets) to ensure deadlines do not become bottlenecks.
