About The Position

The Marketing AI Solutions and Enablement team is focused on transforming AI potential into practical, scalable capabilities that change how marketing operates. This role involves working across the organization to connect strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring AI efforts deliver significant business impact. The team is composed of product managers and enablement specialists who are comfortable with ambiguity, work at a fast pace, and collaborate extensively with various stakeholders. They combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to create solutions and enable their adoption and scaling throughout the organization. This is a key period for the team as they establish how AI will be operationalized within marketing, with executive backing and a clear objective to define and scale best-in-class capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and agile delivery.
  • 2+ years of AI Expertise, with experience delivering AI/ML-powered solutions and a practical understanding of applying these technologies to real-world use cases.
  • 3+ years of Marketing Domain Acumen experience, with a deep understanding of marketing processes and the ability to identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect AI opportunities to broader business strategy, prioritize competing initiatives, and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Data & Technical Fluency: Comfort working with data, analytics, and AI/ML concepts, and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams while considering responsible AI.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI initiatives from discovery through pilot, launch, and scale, ensuring structured execution with clear milestones, risk management, and success criteria.
  • Translate marketing needs into clear product requirements and use cases, developing well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for engineering teams.
  • Serve as the primary AI partner to marketing domains, building and maintaining strong relationships across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations to align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Define KPIs tied to business impact (e.g., pipeline, efficiency, engagement), monitor performance post-launch, and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights.
  • Drive adoption and value realization, ensuring delivered capabilities are scalable, reusable, and effectively utilized across the organization.
