This role is crucial for turning the company's sophisticated stack and abundant data into actionable decisions, specifically within the marketing team. The marketing team utilizes a complex stack including HubSpot, 6sense, Supermetrics, LinkedIn, Google, and Influ2, generating significant data that needs to be effectively utilized. This position will own the measurement of marketing performance, identify gaps in funnel logic, and leverage automation, AI, and human-in-the-loop processes to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be driven by accurate data, proactively identify process gaps, and possess a strong curiosity for AI tooling.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a growth-focused analytics role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub experience beyond report-pulling, including building workflows, managing lifecycle stages, and troubleshooting attribution issues.
  • Supermetrics experience, or experience with another cross-channel data connector.
  • Experience building or significantly improving a marketing attribution model.
  • Paid media analytics experience across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context (e.g., 6sense, OpenAI API integrations) for workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

  • HubSpot certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Own funnel performance reporting across MQL/MQA volume and quality, pipeline contribution by source and segment, and conversion rates at each stage, providing clear insights into the meaning of the data.
  • Build and maintain accurate, fast, and honest dashboards in HubSpot and Supermetrics for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Design and implement a marketing attribution framework, defining touchpoint models and aligning with RevOps on methodology.
  • Analyze paid media performance across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic, providing recommendations for budget allocation.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate routine analytics tasks such as lead enrichment, anomaly detection, and standard reporting, freeing up time for judgment-based work.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps in the funnel, lead routing errors, lifecycle stage inconsistencies, and data hygiene issues in collaboration with RevOps and the HubSpot admin.
  • Partner with campaign and demand generation leads to establish measurement frameworks for programs and conduct retrospective analyses.
  • Evaluate new martech and AI tools based on their ability to solve real problems with appropriate cost and complexity.
