This role is crucial for turning the company's sophisticated stack and abundant data into actionable decisions, specifically within the marketing team. The marketing team utilizes a complex stack including HubSpot, 6sense, Supermetrics, LinkedIn, Google, and Influ2, generating significant data that needs to be effectively utilized. This position will own the measurement of marketing performance, identify gaps in funnel logic, and leverage automation, AI, and human-in-the-loop processes to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be driven by accurate data, proactively identify process gaps, and possess a strong curiosity for AI tooling.
