This Marketing Advisory Analyst position involves monitoring and reviewing content shared via internal online platforms to ensure sales force compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role includes performing case management functions such as investigation, outreach, follow-up, and escalation. This is a hybrid position requiring work in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week.

Requirements

Series SIE, 6 and 26 securities registrations (or equivalents) required OR must obtain within 120 days of hire
Strong analytical and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Ability to proactively reach out to sales force representatives and to internal departments
Strong interpersonal and self-motivation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both alone and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Review representative requests, including customized marketing and recruiting materials, training materials, speaking engagement requests, and customized client correspondence through an internal online platform, including marketing automation channels.
Review HO or third-party generated advertising, recruiting, and training materials for compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure sales force compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines through content review.
Initiate action for any content determined to be in violation of company or regulatory guidelines, including opening ARTS cases, drafting correspondence outlining compliance concerns, and performing follow-up and incident tracking, as necessary.
Perform case management functions, including investigation, outreach and follow-up, and escalation of matters to other departments, as necessary.
Assist with other matters as required.
