About The Position

The Marketing Team at Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team at our corporate office in Fairport, NY. This position supports the Marketing Team with all administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Mail Merge, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Working technical knowledge of computers, internet, scanning, and software usage
  • Proficient in presentations utilizing Power Point
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all national price lists and promotional bulletins for branded products
  • Data entry for all Marketing budget functions
  • Process and submit all Marketing related invoices
  • Organize meetings, travel, and trade show arrangements
  • Assist in developing sales materials for all sales teams
  • Composes Power Point Presentations
  • Other duties as required or assigned
