Through storytelling and brand partnerships, we’re elevating young changemakers around the world—and we need administrative support and operational excellence behind the scenes to keep momentum growing. RIVET is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the CMO and Marketing team by streamlining scheduling, meeting prep, contact tracking, and project management. This role also supports campaign workflows, partner coordination, and daily operations in a fast-paced startup, keeping timelines on track and ensuring smooth communication across teams and partners.
