About The Position

Our client is a mission-driven performance marketing agency that partners exclusively with universities and nonprofit organizations. As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact for assigned accounts, ensuring projects stay organized, campaigns remain on track, and partners feel consistently supported. You'll work closely with an Account Director on larger engagements while independently managing partner relationships and coordinating execution across internal teams. Success in this role means balancing communication, operations, and performance while helping partners achieve their goals and strengthening long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
  • Analytical mindset and comfort reviewing performance data
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Own day-to-day communication with assigned partners

  • Support budget pacing and goal tracking
