About The Position

We're hiring an Entry-Level Account Strategist to grow into a core client-facing role at a fast-moving performance marketing agency. This isn't a passive support role, you'll work directly alongside senior strategists, support real client accounts from day one, and build the skills to eventually own relationships end-to-end. If you're a recent grad who's driven, organized, and genuinely curious about how performance marketing works - this is the launchpad. Our client is a fully remote performance marketing agency helping 7- and 8-figure eCommerce and SaaS brands grow through paid media, creative strategy, CRO, and SEO. They started by fixing one friend's underperforming ads — sales grew 200% in 6 months — and they've been building from those results ever since. They move fast, test constantly, and hold their work to a high standard. One recent example: a brand scaled from $0 to $18M in 5 months. They're fully remote and focused on doing excellent work and keeping each other sharp.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate (class of 2023–2025) — any major welcome
  • Evidence that you've led or owned something — a project, internship, initiative, or side hustle — and can talk about it clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication: you organize your thoughts before you speak and get to the point
  • Comfortable with numbers and curious about what they mean — you don't need to know ROAS yet, but you should be excited to learn
  • Tech and AI curiosity — you've played around with tools, figured things out, and stayed current
  • Career-driven — you're thinking about where you want to be in 3 years and willing to put in the work to get there

  • Austin, TX based is a strong plus — if you're local, you'll train in person with the team

Responsibilities

  • Support senior strategists across a portfolio of eCommerce accounts — learning how performance marketing works from the inside while building toward full account ownership.
  • Support senior strategists in managing client accounts — joining calls, taking notes, flagging KPI changes, and learning to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Monitor performance dashboards across accounts, tracking key metrics and surfacing meaningful shifts or risks early
  • Help prepare client-facing materials — meeting recaps, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations — with clarity and structure
  • Translate internal channel updates (paid media, creative, CRO, SEO) into organized, easy-to-digest client communications
  • Assist with new client onboarding, helping document goals, timelines, and success metrics from day one
  • Grow into owning accounts — this role is explicitly designed as a path to full Account Strategist and eventually Account Manager
