About The Position

The Marketing Account Coordinator is responsible for creating business opportunities for TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track by developing strategies and initiatives for long-lasting relationships within local businesses, occupational medicine, and the community leading to increased patient volume. The Marketing Account Coordinator also generates new occupational health accounts. The position reports to the Director, Marketing and Business Development.

Requirements

  • Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, composure, and professional development; self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of individuals
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, including experience with multiples sales techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Intermediate level skillset in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a regular structured program of contact and outreach to identify new referral sources and to maintain on-going relationships with providers, clinics, local businesses, and other referral sources that will increase patient census
  • Maintains an organized routing and documented track record while implementing strategy agreed upon with Leadership that will build patient census
  • Maintains collaborative working relationships with new and existing accounts by providing excellent service
  • Presents array of services to a range of prospective accounts while identifying account needs and recommending services that best fulfill those needs
  • Schedules marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, staffing, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Responsible for entering new or revised employer account information into the EMR system, uploading the employer protocol, and ensuring the accuracy of all data
  • Reviews specific protocols requested by employer and advises operations of any special training or testing needs and is a liaison to employer accounts that require scheduled occupational medical services
  • Acts as the liaison for patients between adjusters, employers and provider teams and collaborates with client service team to establish successful employer relationships
  • Seeks feedback from employers, providers, and community partners to identify and improve processes and outcomes
