About The Position

Smith Farms Senior Living Community is under new management and is seeking a strong leader to join their established team and grow the census. The marketer will be responsible for the internal and external marketing of the community, working closely with all levels of the organization to ensure an excellent brand image and reputation. This community offers unique specialty programs that provide an advantage over competitors and allow for excellent care.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living industry and understanding the difference of service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starting, focused, goal-oriented
  • Business Development: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Travel: 75% (Required) – local travel to networking events, referral sources, and assessments

Nice To Haves

  • Senior Healthcare: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Internal and external marketing of the community
  • Collaborate with an established team to grow the census
  • Ensure the brand, image, and reputation of the community are viewed as excellent
  • Create and drive a sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • Identify new strategies to increase visits to the community
  • Build relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business and Sales
  • Communicate daily to the Executive Director and Director of Sales regarding Sales appointments and/or leads
  • Achieve and exceed census goals
  • Generate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Self-schedule appointments that can impact Sales
  • Develop a business development plan and integral referral relationships in the community
  • Understand the competitors in the market and the points of difference in our community
