G&M Distributors is seeking a motivated and dependable Market Support Team Member (Merchandiser) to help ensure our beverage products are stocked, organized, and ready for customers across our market area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and providing excellent support to both our sales and delivery teams. Every day brings a different opportunity to serve our retail partners and help maintain exceptional product presentation in stores.

Responsibilities

Support retail accounts by managing product displays, stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring our brands are presented at their best.
Service Accounts Independently
Drive to assigned customer locations following a scheduled route.
Build and maintain promotional displays.
Place new products according to sales plans.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
Face products to maintain a clean, organized appearance.
Rotate inventory and address damaged product as needed.
Put away delivered product and organize backstock areas.
Maintain store standards and complete assigned merchandising projects
