About The Position
Sculpture Hospitality, founded in 1987, aims to help bars and restaurants realize their deserved profits. This role involves traveling to bars and restaurants to perform audits of alcohol inventory. The typical work hours are Monday through Thursday, approximately 5:00 am to 12:00 pm, with Mondays starting at 4:00 am. This position covers the general Greensboro, NC market and surrounding areas including High Point, Kernersville, and Winston-Salem.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Able to lift 150+ lbs.
- Hands-on quick learner.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-driven and trusted to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform audits of alcohol inventory at bars and restaurants.
- Lift and weigh kegs (up to 150 lbs at a time).
- Weigh liquor bottles.
- Provide reporting on audits.
