About The Position

We are looking for a Market Supervisor to lead our Market team and help make every guest’s stay a little easier! You’ll help oversee daily operations, keep the Market looking its best, train and support the team, maintain our service standards, and create a welcoming experience for our guests. This position is eligible for tips. If you’re organized, outgoing, dependable, and ready to step into a leadership role, we’d love to have you join the team! This position is part of the Food & Beverage department.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests.
Maintain the overall appearance of the market.
Take inventory of all merchandise, including retail products, food items, beverages, beer, and wine.
Place orders for merchandise to ensure products remain well-stocked.
Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
Train and supervise Market Associates to uphold company standards.
Support and guide team members to maintain a welcoming and organized market.
Ensure cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
