Supports the day-to-day operation of the market kitchen facility. Includes support and management of product procurement, inventory, food preparation, and facility/smallware cleaning. Executes a regular cleaning schedule and ensures regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Assists in the execution of prospect and customer kitchen visits.
