About The Position

OPENLANE is a technology and data company that provides a digital marketplace for used vehicles, aiming to make wholesale easy for its customers. They are seeking a Market Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic Sales Coordination team. This role involves supporting customers on their online auction platform, capturing vehicle information, launching profiles, providing training, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, interacting professionally with customers, sales representatives, and clients.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Familiarity with web and mobile technology.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to drive manual transmission

Nice To Haves

Experience in wholesale vehicle assessments.
Previous sales or dealership experience.
Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition.
Launch new vehicle profiles on our mobile app for dealers.
Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
