About The Position

Work remotely from anywhere in the UK. This role involves carrying out telephone interviews on behalf of IFF's social research team. You will call a predetermined list of people, ask a set list of questions, and record their answers accurately using a provided script. This is not cold calling and is important work that captures information from different audiences to help organizations, such as government departments, make better, more informed decisions. The role requires accuracy, great communication skills, and integrity. A computer or laptop, a USB headset, and an Ethernet connection are essential. You must be able to work from a UK location. A paid training session over 1 day is provided. Successful candidates will be able to book shifts on a weekly basis. Shifts are Monday – Friday 9am to 4.30pm, with some shorter shifts also available but not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must have a computer or laptop (not a tablet or phone).
• Must have a USB headset.
• Must have an Ethernet connection.
• Must be able to work from a UK location.
• Must be a great communicator.
• Must be happy speaking to a variety of people.
• Must be confident using a computer.
• Must be able to record information accurately and quickly.
• Must be happy to work to targets.
