The Market Research Interviewer is responsible for conducting interviews with the highest level of quality, ensuring proper administration of surveys without falsification of data or bias. This role involves performing survey research using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines, while also meeting assigned quotas for survey collection. The interviewer must accurately record respondent answers, including typing verbal responses. Additionally, they are expected to promote and provide extraordinary guest service, answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members and guests, identifying and de-escalating conflicts, and providing a positive and welcoming experience are also key aspects of this role. The position requires a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
