Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, computer science, or a related STEM field required and 4+ years of related experience
  • An attached resume is required
  • Must have proven ability to work with IT to drive continuous improvement of internal systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Applicants should have demonstrable Alteryx, Tableau, or other data manipulation tool experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Proven ability to organize data and develop actionable insights required

Nice To Haves

  • Working experience with Snowflake is preferred
  • Knowledge of DTNA products and North American trucking industry preferred
  • Previous work experience in Sales, Marketing, or similar functions preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management techniques and tools are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze internal and external marketing and sales performance data and provide insight and competitive performance statistics to measure and predict DTNA market and performance trends
  • Provide guidance and input into our AI journey by being curious about how AI can shape our business and provide insights and efficiency gains
  • Run, support, and continuously improve sales dashboards, vehicle in operations, and new truck registration workflows
  • Provide leadership and vision to Registration Wizard dealer support and dealer inventory extract/upload process.
  • Craft clear, compelling story lines for ad hoc management reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and report relevant DTNA registration performance data, market trends and competitive performance statistics.
  • Develop clear, concise stories through the connection of internal and external data points and serve as the “data translator” for internal customers.
  • Implement continuous improvement methods and Liaison with IT and internal customers as subject matter expert to continuously improve all systems and tools within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with Daimler Anti-Trust regulations in dealings with external parties
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, colleagues to develop new ways to harness the power of our data and drive business development
