About The Position

Cambria is seeking a motivated sales and relationship-driven individual in Northern Pennsylvania to expand our business. The role involves developing, cultivating, and growing sales of Cambria products within the assigned territory. The Market Representative is expected to provide exceptional service to both Residential and Commercial B2B prospects and customers, effectively marketing the Cambria brand and influencing their purchasing decisions. Successful candidates must reside in the Northern Pennsylvania area (e.g., Allentown, Montgomeryville, Quakertown), be able to work from home, and cover their assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in business to business sales, marketing, or interior design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software.
  • Must be able to work out of their home.
  • Must have the ability to work extended hours, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the architectural and design industry is a plus.
  • Previous B2B Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Concur and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, cultivate, and grow sales of Cambria throughout the assigned territory.
  • Provide a superior standard of service to Residential and Commercial B2B prospects and customers.
  • Market the Cambria brand and influence customer purchases and decisions.
  • Build and cultivate solid relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers.
  • Actively participate in industry associations (e.g., National Kitchen and Bath Association, International Interior Design Association) and network to drive sales.
  • Effectively service local business partners.
  • Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners.
  • Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans to maximize market development and sales.
  • Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce daily.
  • Maintain a high level of business, financial, and industry expertise to advise partners effectively.
  • Accurately collect and update commercial project information in the project tracker through the Commercial Nerve Center daily.
  • Collaborate with Market Representatives in other markets regarding active projects.
  • Provide samples for specific projects and update product libraries with designs, marketing materials, and contact information.
  • Educate partners on Cambria brand and product attributes, differentiators, value, quality, and history.
  • Present product knowledge materials to business partners, architects, and designers.
  • Understand and present all sales and marketing programs and materials to customers.
  • Be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes, staying aware of market changes.
  • Actively use social media channels to promote the brand and product.
  • Maintain an organized and professional presence in the local market.
  • Be available to meet with customers daily, including over meals or at events, sometimes outside normal business hours.
  • Travel within the established territory to build and continue relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement in a timely manner.
