Market Operations Leadership Development Program - New Graduate
About The Position
This is an 18 to 24 month leadership development program that leads to an operations leadership role in one of our last mile delivery locations, iconic car Vending Machines, or new car showrooms across the country. Every six months, participants will apply what they’ve learned through mentorship and coursework to get certified in a different part of how Carvana operates. The program starts with the Market Operations Customer Advocate role, where participants will create memorable experiences, utilize AI and products to learn the systems that move a car from click to customer, and learn how a world-class fulfillment operation moves cars, haulers, and people. Participants will also drive Carvana's signature car hauler, get hands-on experience in the whole operation from the detail bay to the driveway, learn at the car Vending Machines, and develop leadership skills and credentials to unlock career opportunities in driving fast-growth operations.
Requirements
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in the last three years.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
- Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
- Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.
- Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
