About The Position

Matter Health is seeking a Market Operations Director to lead the operational and financial performance of our Georgia market. As the senior operational leader for the market, you will oversee execution across Matter Health’s buildings, care teams, community relationships, and payer partnerships. You will be accountable for market-level performance, including patient engagement, access, scheduling efficiency, staffing stability, capacity, productivity, and financial results. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and financial acumen, builds trusted relationships across organizational levels, and can lead teams successfully through growth and change.
