About The Position

As Market Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of your assigned clinics, integrating business results, clinical operations, provider productivity, guest experience, and team member leadership. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with Nurse Practitioners, other providers, and clinical leadership to create an environment where exceptional clinical care and strong business performance occur together. You will develop a deep understanding of how our clinics operate, from provider schedules and consultation flow to treatment capacity, rebooking, membership performance, staffing, and the guest journey. You will use that understanding, combined with financial and operational data, to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and build measurable action plans that improve performance across the market.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within medical aesthetics, healthcare, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, ophthalmology, ambulatory care, or another provider-led clinical environment
  • Experience leading multiple locations, clinics, or complex operations preferred
  • Demonstrated success improving business performance through operational leadership and financial accountability
  • Strong understanding of provider productivity, appointment capacity, scheduling, clinical workflows, and the guest or patient journey
  • Experience partnering effectively with licensed healthcare providers and clinical leaders
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret P&Ls, operating metrics, labor performance, and key performance indicators and translate them into action
  • Experience coaching and developing team members and creating accountability for measurable results
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify root causes behind performance challenges
  • Sound judgment and an understanding of when an issue requires clinical escalation
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, problem solving, and change leadership capabilities
  • Ability to travel regularly among assigned clinics
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • You must reside in the Cincinnati market.
  • Clinical licensure is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Own market and clinic revenue, profitability, labor productivity, expense management, and achievement of business goals
  • Partner closely with providers and clinical leadership to strengthen provider productivity, clinical operations, and overall clinic performance
  • Monitor provider capacity, booked hours, utilization, show rate, consultation volume and conversion, treatment mix, average sale, rebooking, retention, and revenue productivity
  • Identify the root causes behind performance gaps and translate data into clear action plans with measurable outcomes and accountability
  • Ensure clinics are operationally prepared to deliver treatments safely and efficiently through effective staffing, scheduling, room readiness, equipment, supplies, inventory, and workflow execution
  • Ensure consistent execution of established clinical policies, protocols, safety procedures, infection control standards, documentation expectations, and operating standards
  • Directly lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Front Desk Coordinators across the market
  • Ensure Front Desk Coordinators effectively support clinical workflows and understand their impact on consultation conversion, rebooking, membership performance, retail, guest retention, and the overall guest experience
  • Optimize provider schedules and clinic resources to maximize available clinical capacity while maintaining an exceptional guest experience
  • Use P&L results and leading and lagging performance indicators to identify opportunities and take action before performance gaps materially impact results
  • Partner with clinical leadership when opportunities or concerns involve clinical competency, treatment decisions, clinical quality, patient safety, or matters requiring licensed clinical judgment
  • Lead the implementation of new treatments, technology, systems, workflows, promotions, and operating standards across the market
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
