About The Position
The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Warehouse Management Experience
- Retail Operations Experience
- Logistics Background
- High school diploma or GED required
- Dependable leader who creates a culture of accountability and consistently follows through
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a proven ability to stay composed and productive under pressure

Responsibilities
- Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests
- Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region
- Lead in service company assignments
- Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available
- Perform other duties as assigned
