Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years business management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ethical standards and professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively via email, chat, in person and by phone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to close performance gaps
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to travel from one location to another as needed
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of an Optimum Retail Store(s) focusing on best practices and instilling a sales culture.
  • Ensures adherence to documented policies and procedures, meets and exceeds sales and revenue goals by focusing on quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as the key liaison between Corporate, Field Management, Marketing and Sales Operations.
  • Consistently promotes quality, commitment, courtesy, and teamwork.
  • Responsible for executing sales policy, process, and procedure, documentation, and communication of corporate initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the retail location(s) are operationally ready daily.
  • Oversees a high-performing sales team that consistently drives sales, promotes Optimum services, and enhances the customer experience.
  • Uses state-of-the-art reporting metrics to ensure compliance with Company goals and standards.
