About The Position

Join Brown-Forman as the Market Manager for the On-Premise Market in South Florida! In this vibrant region, drive brand success through innovative strategies, build impactful relationships, and ensure flawless execution. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact with key on-premise account groups, covering the entire Brown-Forman portfolio of brands. You will design, develop, and implement key customer-focused win-win initiatives that enhance Brown-Forman and customer profitability, while establishing and nurturing positive customer rapport at all levels across South Florida. You will also conduct business performance reviews with distributor leadership to achieve state plans, and collaborate with Brown-Forman National Account Teams and Regional Distributor Account Teams to ensure flawless execution of Independent and Chain programs. Additionally, you will work with Brown-Forman teams to communicate cutting-edge programs and execution plans to distributors and customers, develop and execute on-premise brand-building plans in collaboration with the distributor in South Florida, and champion the on-premise effort at the point of purchase, ensuring superior distributor execution of brand initiatives. You will engage with and influence key external contacts, including distributor partners, retailers, consumers, and agencies. The role also includes strategizing by leading on-premise teams to gather local market feedback for specific brand plans, setting clear objectives and priorities, coordinating communication of plan adjustments based on market performance and success, and managing budget responsibilities to drive financial success. Furthermore, you will develop and ensure the proper activation of all on-premise programs, oversee the execution of on-premise pull programming and all branded initiatives, execute the Brown-Forman business plan with the on-premise team, holding them accountable for results, and oversee third-party promotion agencies for on-premise, ensuring alignment with Brown-Forman business and brand plans.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in the beverage alcohol and/or beverage industry with a proven track record of meeting key metrics and a strong, consistent presence in the market with key accounts and customers.
Strong coaching and sales training skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, while actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with leaders across various channels, functions, and geographies.
Able to prioritize the overall Brown-Forman business needs above specific territory or team needs.
Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as required.
Valid state driver’s license.
Capability to lift 60 pounds.
Systems Proficiency i.e. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or other business operations software.
