About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who excels at building relationships, developing territory growth strategies, and delivering value to customers. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with consultative selling skills, can analyze market trends and customer needs, and is comfortable presenting to customers, engineers, contractors, industry organizations, and community leaders. Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, building products, cement, concrete, or related industries is preferred. A proven track record of sales success, strong communication skills, and the ability to serve as a trusted industry advocate are essential. This position offers an annual base salary of $100,000 to $140,000, along with a competitive sales incentive program that rewards results and business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market data, customer trends, and sales performance to drive business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of the cement, concrete, construction materials, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within assigned territory by building strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
Promote GCC's full portfolio of cement and concrete products through consultative selling, product presentations, and technical support.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend pricing and sales strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports while maintaining accurate customer and sales records in GCC's CRM system.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, while partnering with customers and distributors to support their business success.
Collaborate with industry and trade organizations, serving as a GCC ambassador and advocate for the cement and concrete industry.
Represent GCC with customers, engineers, contractors, educators, community leaders, and public officials, promoting the value of our products and services.
Support collection efforts and ensure strong customer account management.
Drive customer success in sustainability and operational performance through technical expertise and continuous optimization.
