In this role, you will lead an established, high performing team across the Jacksonville, FL market for PNC Private Bank, overseeing an integrated group of sales, service, investment, fiduciary, wealth strategy, and banking professionals. Success in this role requires clear communication, strong collaboration, and a shared sense of accountability to deliver the full breadth of PNC Private Bank’s advisory and financial services capabilities. You will have full ownership of the Jacksonville, FL market’s business performance, including strategy execution, talent development, P&L oversight, AUM growth, and long term client retention. As Market Leader, you will work in close partnership with advisors and clients, playing an active role in new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships to drive growth, alignment, and a differentiated client experience. You will serve as the senior face of PNC Private Bank in the community, representing the firm with key clients, centers of influence, and community partners. This role also requires strong enterprise partnership, collaborating closely with other PNC leaders to advance shared priorities, reinforce disciplined execution, and deliver meaningful market impact. Requirements

  • University / college degree.
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.

  • Mitigates different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, credit and human capital risks.
  • Serves as an escalation point for risk management topics, coordinates problem solving and may have exception authority.
  • Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
  • Networks within the industry and may serve in a leadership role in the community, industry or market.
  • Leads the team to bring the full range of PNC's products and services to the client.
  • Assists other team members in developing their network.
  • Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and coach team to successfully convert sales opportunities.
  • Develops team members while monitoring progress against goals.
  • May support the development of other managers.
  • Identifies high-potentials and creates winning teams.
  • Motivates and develops staff, including acquiring and retaining top talent and managing performance-based issues.
  • Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes.
  • Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.
  • May coach team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk.
