About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a Market Leader Trainee for its retail sales operations. This role involves leading a team of Area Leaders and overseeing approximately 100-150 stores. The Market Leader will assist and counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators in daily operations to maximize sales and gross profit, acting as a key change agent in a dynamic business environment. The position is part of an in-depth, typically 12-month training program. The role requires full relocation to areas such as Philadelphia, King of Prussia, PA, and Trenton, NJ.

Requirements

5-10 years of related experience including P&L responsibility
BS/BA degree with an MBA preferred
Experience with multi-unit management for both company ops and franchise ops: small box: 100-150 stores or big box: 15-50 stores
Strong experience with retail merchandising, preferably in the C-Store and foodservice industries
Ability to travel within the assigned region with overnight travel approximately 25% of the time
Ability to relocate as needed for this role
Must be fully relocatable to be considered

Nice To Haves

MBA preferred
Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred
Experience in the C-Store and foodservice industries
