This role leads a team of sellers in a specific geographic market, responsible for achieving revenue and financial objectives. You will recruit, onboard, train, and support Relationship Managers, fostering a culture that rewards ambition and development. The role involves day-to-day leadership, ensuring high-performing teams deliver against objectives.
