SUMMARY: The Market Intelligence Intern assists with the ongoing monitoring, analysis, understanding, and summary of the energy market dynamics in contexts of regulatory, policy, legislative, technical, financial, emerging technologies, and competitiveness to inform, refine, and enhance the strategy and planning for the project development at OCI Energy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing one, in Engineering (preferred) or a related STEM-adjacent field (e.g., Science, Business, Economics).
A self-starter that can work independently on projects and key deliverables.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Must possess excellent research and analytical abilities with capacity to effectively convey conclusions and recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to produce detailed reports and present findings.
Ability to think strategically and link market insights to actionable business strategies and operational planning.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to market intelligence, analytics, or a closely related role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a similar industry, is a plus.
Familiarity with the regulatory and legislative environment related to the renewable energy sector is a plus.
