The Market Intelligence and Growth Insights leader manages the development of market, competitor and growth insight for the Retail division. This role helps leadership identify where to play, how to win and where to focus investment across Retail by translating external signals and internal performance patterns into actionable strategic recommendations. A key responsibility will be to help the Retail division move from fragmented market views to an integrated, fact-based understanding of where growth exists, where competitive pressure is rising and where the organization should focus on driving profitable expansion.
