About The Position

This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather market research and data, reviewing key performance indicators, and building action plans to enhance performance. The Market Fulfillment Lead will research, evaluate, and analyze data to identify operational and driver experience gaps, then develop and implement solutions to improve program and process metrics. This position leads process improvement projects and uses data to provide insights. The role requires understanding and participation in all end-to-end aspects of store fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering customer/member orders across all channels. The Market Fulfillment Lead drives the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact performance or associate, customer, and driver experiences. They will provide resources, identify performance standards, measure progress, and adjust performance accordingly, while also developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, and supporting continuous learning. The role involves setting clear expectations, performance measures, and goals for team members, and ensuring they have the necessary information, resources, time, and talent to achieve business initiatives. The Market Fulfillment Lead identifies and plans for performance improvements using key business metrics, conveys a sense of urgency to motivate team members, and pursues the achievement and alignment of measurable goals. They leverage resources and talent to achieve business goals and ensure team members are held accountable for results, prioritizing and balancing time and actions to ensure accomplishment of results, and monitoring progress while redirecting efforts as needed. The role supports driver supply and experiences through root cause analysis and solutioning, identifying and escalating opportunities for resolution such as driver engagement gaps, incentive needs, driver search and surge opportunities, driver zones issues, and driver app technology problems. The Market Fulfillment Lead will also complete deliveries to understand and resolve driver and customer experience pain points. Additionally, this role supports the implementation and sustainment of digital change initiatives, mobile applications, digital roadmaps, and product launches across an assigned area. They partner with operators to ensure adoption and seamless execution of these initiatives through training, communication, technology, and guidance, and work with operators on strategy execution. The Market Fulfillment Lead facilitates alignment between teams working across digital spaces, determines and supports resource requirements, and reacts to changes in the retail environment. They build strategies and provide recommendations and process improvement plans to facilitate market share growth and the adoption of digital products. The role monitors compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and provides feedback on municipal, county, or state laws impacting digital services. The Market Fulfillment Lead drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, developing contingency plans, and supporting continuous learning. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field and 2 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 5 years' experience in retail operations or related field.
