About The Position

The Market Director, Clinical Quality provides strategic leadership and oversight for clinical quality, patient safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness across multiple hospitals, ambulatory facilities, or healthcare entities within a defined market. The role collaborates with executive leadership, physicians, nursing leaders, and operational teams to improve clinical outcomes, reduce variation in care, enhance patient experience, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or another relevant healthcare field.
• Five years of regulatory, accreditation, and performance improvement experience.
• Seven years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Five years of experience in hospital quality.
• Two years of experience as a Quality Director.
• CPHQ, CPPS, or CPHRM certification within 12 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-facility, market, or system-level leadership experience is strongly preferred.
