About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Market Director-Finance to join their team. This role provides overall leadership in the areas of Financial Operations, including budget creation, variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for enhancement of financial performance across all divisional entities. The position involves significant teamwork in a matrix environment, providing oversight and development across multiple locations, and coordination with system functional teams across the System.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience working with a hospital or healthcare organization is required.
• 5 years of leadership experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
