About The Position

As a De’Longhi Market Development Representative, you will represent a portfolio of premium brands including, De’Longhi, Braun household nutribullet and magic bullet in retail environments across your assigned territory. Your mission is simple: drive sales by bringing products to life through education, demonstrations, and strong in-store relationships. Bottom line: you’ll ensure our premium brands products outperform the competition. Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence presenting in front of groups (formal or informal)
  • A natural ability to educate customers on value and benefits
  • Enthusiasm that’s contagious
  • 1–3 years of territory sales and/or retail leadership experience (ideal)
  • Merchandising and/or training experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail; reliable and punctual
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-minded
  • Fast learner who thrives with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using an iPad for reporting and daily tasks
  • Full access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • High-speed internet with WiFi at home
  • Space at home to store supplies and transport them in your vehicle
  • Weekend availability required (high customer traffic times)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Passion for coffee and understanding of brewing methods
  • Barista, sales, or customer service experience
  • Love for cooking and nutrition
  • Ability to speak additional languages

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through in-person store visits, customer engagement, and relationship-building with store associates and managers
  • Travel within your assigned market to visit stores according to designated frequency
  • Have meaningful, data-driven sales conversations with store decision-makers to increase brand presence
  • Gather in-market and out-of-market intelligence and provide actionable field insights
  • Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials and product displays
  • Ensure merchandising compliance and grow brand visibility within each store
  • Provide hands-on training to retail associates and managers
  • Facilitate informal, formal, and large-scale training sessions
  • Attend and support out-of-market trainings and events as needed
  • Conduct live, in-person demonstrations of De’Longhi & nutribullet products 1–2 times per week
  • Engage customers during high-traffic periods to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Highlight key features, benefits, and quality differences across the product line
  • Help customers find the best product match for their needs
