Each day in your assigned territory brings new opportunities to connect consumers with their favorite brands. As a Market Development Representative, you and your team will play a pivotal role in our success story. The role involves crafting innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, using consumer and category trends to educate customers and build brands, leading distributors with in-store selling and marketing, helping achieve volume objectives for core brands, implementing programs for distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotions, developing mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers, and serving as the communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and the internal team. We track established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure we consistently reach our goals. Job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory requirements for the state.
