About The Position

This role focuses on growing volume and meeting revenue goals by providing excellent customer service and relationship management to existing Food Service on Premise customers. The Market Development Manager will also prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• 2+ years Customer Service Role required
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years Customer Sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned
