About The Position

This role focuses on growing volume and meeting revenue goals by providing excellent customer service and relationship management to existing Food Service On-Premise customers. The Market Development Manager will also be responsible for prospecting new customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring contract compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• 2+ years Customer Service Role required
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years Customer Sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned.
