About The Position

MIND 24-7 is transforming mental health care by creating an "always open front door." As a Market Development Manager, you are the face of our mission in the community—driving sustainable patient volume through disciplined referral development and high-impact relationship management. This role is measured by conversion, referral quality, and the real-world impact on our mission and ethical standards. You will build and maintain referral relationships, own a defined territory, execute daily field discipline, log all activity in the CRM, optimize patient access, support market expansion, ensure compliance with regulations, and report to the VP of Growth with a dotted line to the COO.

Requirements

  • Experience in Market Development – Proven track record in market-facing execution and driving compliant patient volume.
  • Territory Discipline – Highly organized with the ability to manage daily outreach targets consistently.
  • Strong Communication – Ability to articulate complex referral pathways and clinical outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
  • CRM Proficiency – Dedicated to accurate and timely documentation of field activity.
  • Mission-Driven Mindset – Passionate about behavioral health access and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Analytical Skills – Focused on conversion metrics and sustained volume impact rather than activity alone.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with Emergency Departments, EMS, school districts, and behavioral health providers.
  • Own a defined territory aligned with our clinical sites, ensuring partners understand eligibility and referral pathways.
  • Execute daily field discipline with a minimum of four (4) in-person referral partner touches per business day.
  • Log all activity in the CRM within 24 hours to maintain accurate documentation and territory insights.
  • Optimize patient access by partnering with clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and reduce LWOBE.
  • Support market expansion by aligning outreach with payer strategies and new clinic launches.
  • Ensure full compliance with all healthcare regulations and Mind24-7 standards in every interaction.
  • Report directly to the VP of Growth with a dotted line to the COO to ensure alignment across the organization.
