As the Market Development Manager, you will lead the growth and market expansion of IPEX’s System 1738 flue gas venting portfolio across the U.S. market. This highly visible leadership role combines market strategy, industry advocacy, technical expertise, and team leadership to drive awareness, specification, and adoption of UL 1738-compliant venting solutions. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams while building strong relationships with engineers, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), distributors, contractors, and industry organizations. Through strategic engagement and industry influence, you will help shape market acceptance, identify growth opportunities, and support the long-term success of IPEX’s flue gas venting business. This position requires travel of up to 50% across North America.
