You’ll supervise a team of Market Development Representatives to build brands, maximize distribution, and solve problems. Motivation and Development: Inspire and develop your team to build brands to meet individual and company sales objectives. Strategic Programs: Establish and implement marketing programs for distribution, product activations, merchandise displays, and retail promotions. Volume Objectives: Help achieve sales objectives for brands according to the priorities. Field Sales Territory Management: Plan and execute consistent account visits with priority accounts.
