In this role, you will help shape and deliver innovative solutions—such as autonomous hauling and fleet management—that address key customer challenges. You will collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, and strategy teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and develop long-term product strategies. This position plays a critical role in aligning business goals with customer needs and driving successful product outcomes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of product strategies for quarry and small mine solutions
Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned to business objectives
Establish and manage product line priorities and manage investments
Define, document, and prioritize market requirements, product capabilities, and features
Analyze market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication of strategy
Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve product roadmaps and ensure execution
