About The Position

As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”), you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization and Senior Leadership to enable the product, market and sales enablement strategy.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate with extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and corresponding debt markets (Bank, Life Cos, Agency, CMBS, Alternative Lenders)
Strong financial modeling capabilities, particularly in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze CRE market data and communicate concise and valuable insights to Senior Management
Excellent visual and verbal presentation skills, with strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate investment banking, commercial brokerage or real estate private equity.
Strong expertise working with individuals across Product, Technology, or Project Management functions

Responsibilities

Research market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for CRE product improvements
Drive firmwide collaboration with CRE stakeholders through in-market strategic coordination to strengthen client relevance
Develop business-side tools that improve sales effectiveness, including CRM enhancements, dashboards, and performance reporting
Create sales pitch, implementation, and market-specific enablement materials that support go-to-market execution
Direct the use of internal and third-party CRE sales data into structured, usable insights for client-facing positioning
Execute defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm products meet requirements prior to release
Support the development and maintenance of the product risk and compliance model
Identify inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes and propose process improvements
