About The Position

As a co-op colleague on the Loyalty Analytics team, you will leverage analytics concepts to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and integrate them into core business processes. Our co-op program provides hands-on experience in areas such as customer segmentation, offer targeting and personalization, campaign performance measurement, portfolio management, process automation, and AI-driven projects. Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree similar to Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Statistics, or a similar field.
  • Programming experience in SQL and Python, R, or any other programming language.
  • Interest in applying AI techniques to customer loyalty analytics (e.g., personalization, offer targeting).
  • Ability to convert data to insight, insight to recommendations, and recommendations into an action plan.
  • Strong communication skills for sharing results with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative AI solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is an asset.
